This course offers certification at QQI Level 3 Major Award in Employability Skills (Service Industry)
This course is aimed at providing necessary skills for trainees who would like to gain employment in the Service Industry (Hospitality Sector and Retail Sales).

Learners achieve a full QQI Major Award at Level 3. Learners can progress on to a Level 4 Major Award in the Hospitality and Services Industry and thereby further build on the skills they have learned or they can progress to any Major Award at Level 4.

Course Description
A full-time course designed to introduce learners to the Hospitality and Services Industry, e.g. Retail, Hairdressing, Hotels and Guest Houses. Some of the subjects available to learners are Room Servicing, Retail Sales Transactions, Shampooing and Reception Skills and Blow-drying.

Applicants must be between the ages of 16 – 21 years.

Leaving Certificate Applied An application on your behalf will be made to WWETB (Waterford Wexford Education Training Board)

The course is run on a full-time basis from Monday – Friday
