We provide training and education for early school leavers (16 – 21) and young unemployed people. Our centre can cater for up to 86 learners.

Welcome to WYTEC!

Waterford Youth Training and Education Centre (WYTEC) is in existence since 1984. In that time over 3,000 early school leavers in Waterford city and county have availed of our services. We are about people and helping them achieve their potential. We are local and we are embedded in our community. We are recognised and very much appreciated in the local community.

WYTEC’s Mission is to assist every learner reach their full potential. WYTEC’s approach is general but supportive as we look to accept, praise, empower and encourage what is great about each learner.
