If applicable (over 18) you must be registered with the Department of Social Welfare. If you are registered with Social Welfare you will be given a form in WYTEC to fill out and take to the Social Welfare Department, informing them that you will be taking up a course.

You will be required to sign a medical consent form and if under 18, your parents/guardians must sign it on your behalf.
