Linked Work Experience

(Deciding Your Future)

This programme offers work experience and job placement for all participants within the centre. Each individual is interviewed, assessed and placed in suitable work places.

Becky Ryan is the Linked Work Experience Co-Ordinator. Becky organises work experience and places trainees in a work environment which is suitable to the person. Becky is the liaison officer, the link between employers and trainees. Each trainee’s progress is monitored and supported in the workplace. The overall aim is to support trainees to move into full-time employment.
