WYTEC offers one of three Level 4 programmes as a progression route for learners that have achieved the Level 3 QQI Major Award. 1. Level 4 General Learning 2. Level 4 Retail Skills 3. Level 4 Computer Office Skills.
Course Description
This course is aimed at providing a range of skills for trainees who would like to gain employment in the service industry (office, hospitality sector and retail skills).
A full-time course designed to introduce learners to the Hospitality and Services Industry, e.g. Retail, Office, Hotels and Guest Houses. You will study the following modules:

The course is run on a full-time basis from Monday – Friday
