Course Description
In Retail Skills Learners prepare for working in shops, customer service and sales environments.
You will study the following modules:
I am Under 18
Yes – you are entitled to an ETB Training Allowance
I am Over 18
To qualify for a Training Allowance you must be in receipt of any of the following payments:
The course is run on a full-time basis from Monday – Friday
